kinetiqo.top provides state-of-the-art AI-powered face-swapping and morphing services using our own InsightFace technology. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of InsightFace.Ai. Our platform allows users to create AI-enhanced images and videos with features like face swapping, artistic blending, and more. These services are accessible through our website, Discord bot, and other designated platforms.

Our services are intended strictly for research and legal AI creation purposes. We do not condone or promote the use of our services for any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to replacing faces of individuals without their express permission or altering the faces of political figures, public officials, or other public figures.

6.2 Paid Users

Paid users are permitted to use AI-altered images from kinetiqo.top - Powered by InsightFace for commercial purposes, provided that both the source photo and target photo have no copyright issues. In order to use the images in any commercial way, paid users must also clearly attribute the AI-altered images to kinetiqo.top - Powered by InsightFace in all instances where the images are displayed, whether in physical or digital format. This attribution must also be included in the meta and EXIF data of digital images.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. kinetiqo.top EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Your use of the services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

The arbitration shall be conducted in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, in the Chinese language. You and kinetiqo.top agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS YOU BRING AGAINST kinetiqo.top WILL BE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
